NeateWorks uses the subprocessors below to process its clients' personal data. This list is the subprocessor list the data-protection terms of the NeateWorks Master Services Agreement refer to, and Annex III of the Standard Contractual Clauses those terms incorporate. NeateWorks notifies clients before adding a subprocessor that will process their personal data, at least 30 days ahead for personal data from Europe, the UK or Switzerland, and a client may object.
Used for every system NeateWorks builds, hosts or administers.
Google LLC (Mountain View, California, US)
Hosting: the Kubernetes cluster every app runs on, the Postgres databases on its disks, Cloud Storage for uploaded files and database backups, container builds and images, load balancing and TLS certificates, DNS, and application logs and uptime monitoring.
Everything stored in or passing through a hosted app: account, contact and content data, uploaded files, and request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, errors).
United States, us-central1 (Iowa) for compute, databases, file storage, backups, builds and images. The load balancer terminates TLS at Google's global edge, and the application log bucket and DNS are Google global services.

Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, California, US)
AI assistant NeateWorks personnel use to develop, support and operate the systems: it reads source code, support tasks and their comments, and application and infrastructure logs to diagnose and fix problems.
Personal data that happens to be in support tasks and comments, client contact names and email addresses in the portal, and application logs (IP addresses, request details, error messages). Credential-shaped text is redacted from logs before the assistant can read them.
United States.

A portal user can connect their own AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to the portal. That assistant acts for the user, under the user's own agreement with its provider, and can see and do only what that user's own permissions allow: a personal access token is read-only, and an assistant connected by sign-in approval can make changes only where the portal grants that and the user approved it. It is not a NeateWorks subprocessor.
Bott Mobile Auto Care's booking flow sends a vehicle identification number, and nothing else about the customer, to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public decoding service to look up the make and model.
